It looks like we might have to see The Clone Wars after all.

Odyssey Con 2009

The Guests of Honor for Odyssey Con in Madison have been announced. This is still one of my favorite conventions. It’s an intimate, fun, young convention run by some awesome people.

Toby is a friend, so it will be nice to hang out with him some more. One of my favorite things about WisCon this year was the long lunch I had with him, David Anthony Durham, and Pat Rothfuss at a Nepalese restaurant. He’s a great guy and a fantastic writer.

I am very excited to meet Emma Bull, one of the greatest fantasy writers of all time. She’s also bringing her husband, Will Shetterly, with her. Both are currently nominated for Best Novel at the World Fantasy Awards.

I can’t recommend this con enough. You will have fun. :)
