State of Things
There's not too much to report from the Thomas household.

rarelylynne is still learning to live without writing or editing a book. All of this new free time is, of course, making her think about her next writing project. ;-)
2- It sounds like a couple of Chicks Dig Time Lords events might be happening in the next couple of months in different parts of the country. As they say, watch this space!
3- Caitlin is healthy and happy. We're still waiting for her communication device. If the current batch of promises are kept, Caitlin should have one by the end of the month.
4- I have a short story out to my crit partners. Another short story just had another nice personalized rejection. I only hear positive things about this story, so I think it's just a matter of finding a market that's the right fit. It seems that the story is just a bit too horrific for many of the fantasy markets.
I'm plugging away again at the middle-grade fantasy novel. The wacky ideas keep coming. With luck, a plot will develop to showcase them.
4- We're watching a lot of classic Doctor Who DVDs. I seem to finally have my Who mojo back now that the MS for Chicks is away at the printers. I still love The Black Guardian trilogy and The Twin Dilemma is still the worst story ever made-- a complete betrayal of all of the core values of the series. At least the fashion documentary is cute.
