My Quiet Life

Here is my upcoming week:

1- Watch the Cubs opening day.
2- Attend the ceremony for the new display cases in the NIU Rare Books Room.
3- Give the eulogy for my grandmother at her memorial mass.
4- Watch Caitlin while rarelylynne is gone for a three-day leadership workshop.
5- Finish writing the climax of my novel.
6- Talk about the brilliance of Tim Powers's Last Call at the SF Book Club.
7- Finalize the agenda for The Aicardi Syndrome Family Conference.
8- Get Caitlin to all of her therapies.
9- Attend Odyssey Con in Madison.

I picked a bad week to stop sniffing glue. ;)

Oh Noes!!!

Apparently, rarelylynne caught a stomach virus from my family. It's not pretty.

Doesn't the universe realize that we're too busy to get sick ?!?
