Apparently, Caligula was on the Lunacon concom.
rm wrote up a very good con behavior list based on the nasty fan behavior at this year's Lunacon. I've seen most of these things at cons through the years, though never all of them at the same con. It's a shame that such a list is necessary since most of this is just common sense stuff.
One last note on this. These rules apply to every type of convention in every region. I've seen examples of these things at media, lit, comics,and gaming cons in the Midwest and East Coast. If you think your fandom is better behaved, you're just not mingling enough (that might be for the best).
The other big news today is that NIU received the 1962 Worldcon Archives. My wife kind of rocks. :)
