Leaking Weirdness

kellymccullough often talks about how his brain leaks weirdness if he doesn't write enough. I'm having that kind of week. I really want to work on some stuff, but watching Caitlin comes first.
rarelylynne is off on Friday, so I just need to make it until then.
There's not much else going on around here. We're going to Duckon on Saturday. We're not on any panels. I'm fine with that since I still haven't quite recovered from WisCon.
In my attempts to ignore the Disney Channel, I've been following the kerfuffle about the Science Fiction and Fantasy Ethics group. As an Associate Editor of the About Time books, I have a definite opinion about "negativity" in reviews. Hal Duncan and Jeff VanderMeer covered most of what I would say on the matter.
Personally, I like reading reviews that have a bit of bite to them. One of my favorite review collections is Ebert's I Hated, Hated, Hated This Movie. This is a tough line to walk. That's one of the reasons that I don't review much for my blog.
