Summer Vacation
Jul. 24th, 2009 07:24 pmCaitlin is still on Summer Break. As you might guess, I got bupkus done all week. I spent most of my time working on a Fluid Links entry when I wasn't playing with Cait. I find that it's much easier to work on nonfiction when she's in the room watching Disney Channel.
As you may remember, I'm writing about the lore behind each Doctor Who tie-in novel. This week, I'm finding it kind of depressing. It's very strange to write about somebody else's writing process when I want to be working on my own fiction.
Luckily, I got a chance to run off to the coffeehouse to work on The Scarlet Queen today. I'm still trying to find the plot. Right now, it's kind of a pile of strange ideas. I'm especially having trouble getting my protag to protag.
There's not much else I can talk about.
rarelylynne hopefully landed another awesome interview for Chicks Dig Time Lords. She and
taraljc are nearly finished with it, but this interview would be an impressive addition. This book, by the way, is phenomenal. There has never been another Doctor Who nonfiction book like it. It's so fresh and inventive. I can't wait to see it published.
