yuki_onna all have interesting things to say about Realms of Fantasy''s "Women in Fantasy" themed issue. I agree with lots of what they have to say.

Out of curiosity, though, does anybody remember this kind of discussion about Tin House's "Fantastic Women" themed issue in 2007? I sure don't. Can somebody please explain the difference to me? Why did they get off the hook?

I hope the reason isn't because one is a fancy literary magazine (pinkies up) that we don't want to piss off (validate us!) and the other is magazine known for having juggy fantasy women pics and an Editor who regularly puts his foot in his mouth online .

ETA: By the way, don't enter the words "fantasy" and "women" into a Google search if you're looking for more on this subject. Trust me.
