SF/F Diversity- Archives Edition

Every few months, the SF/F Internet Bubble explodes about the lack of diversity in this magazine or that anthology. When
rarelylynne started her mission to save the archives of SF/F authors, she only set 2 guidelines:
1- You must be eligible for SFWA membership (there have been exceptions).
2- No assholes (thankfully, no exceptions).
Lynne approached different authors without really thinking about things like, "I need to archive more *blank* authors." Here's the breakdown of the NIU SF/F Author Archives:
Total Authors: 40 (more are on the way)
Men: 17
Women: 23
Authors of Color: 4
GLBT Authors: 5 (to the best of my knowledge)
Oldest Author: 88 years old
Youngest Author: 30 years old
I'm very proud of my wife. It's kind of cool that she's put together a collection that can contain the papers of both Nisi Shawl and David Weber. :-)
