May. 12th, 2009 03:42 pmI just received another wonderful, personalized rejection. This time, the editor mentioned how they liked the story an awful lot and gave it multiple reads. In the end, the story was apparently just a tad too dark for this editor's needs.
Hooray!!!
Arghhh!!!
;)
This particular story has now received four encouraging personalized rejections. I am very happy with that. On the other hand, publication is SO TANTALIZINGLY CLOSE that I'm going a bit crazy.
I am now at a point that I need some market advice from my wise f-list. I'm running out of pro markets. Where should I next my 1100-word, dark, weird fantasy story next?
