Writing Update

michaeldthomasSome quick hits on my writing:
I just passed the 1/3-point on the revisions to Murder Ballads. At this stage, I’m more focused on the line edits than the structural and character problems. I am addressing some of those problems now, but I really need to clean up the whole manuscript first in order to get the big picture.
It’s fun when I stumble onto foreshadowing for elements that I later dropped.
I’m still happy the book. We’ll see what happens once it’s critiqued. :)
In other news, my role on Fluid Links expanded a bit. I now have a lot of writing to do over the next few months. Since![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
rarelylynne also has a deadline for her book coming up, it looks like the TV will be going off more in the evening. Nothing says love like side-by-side laptops.
