michaeldthomasIt's gone in the mail. Today, I sent the first chapter of Murder Ballads to the WindyCon Writers' Workshop Coordinator.
It looks like I won't be able to weasel out of this one.
To those lucky pros on my f-list who might get my scribbles, please be gentle. ;)
I haven't workshopped my writing in a decade. I had mixed results then, but I think that this will be a positive experience. At the very least, I am proving to myself that I'm serious about becoming an author.
